Our co-worker Nathalie Charat has worked as a sales agent for many years and specializes in the areas of Antibes, Mougins, Grasse, Villeneuve-Loubet, Biot, La Colle sur Loup and Cagnes sur Mer.

Nathalie, you have extensive experience as a sales agent. Which essential qualities do you need to possess as a good agent?
You need to be very attentive, have a lot of empathy and quickly identify your client’s needs. You need to be very sociable seeing as a large part of our work is based on human relationships. You need to be available and flexible and adapt to your customers agendas. Reliable and professional, we are the link between the seller and the buyer and we must be able to provide answers to various questions.

Which nationalities do you most often meet in your work?
I mostly meet local French customers, but also some foreigners of all nationalities, looking to buy second homes.

Can you tell us a funny anecdote?
There was this couple looking for a very quiet apartment without opposite in Juan-les-Pins. They visited every apartment corresponding to their criteria during two whole days to finally have a crush on an apartment overlooking the railway tracks...

You are an expert on the sectors of Villeneuve-Loubet and Biot. What are the advantages of living in these cities?
Villeneuve-Loubet is an up-market and quiet town, halfway between Monaco and Cannes, leading further up to the hinterland of St-Paul-de-Vence, Tourrettes-sur-Loup and Grasse. The wooded areas of Vaugrenier and Rives-du-Loup, the Provencal village, the 4 km of beaches, Marina-Baie-des-Anges, the technopole Sophia-Antipolis with its renowned international high school are very attractive points. The town also has been awarded the "Villes et Villages fleuris" label.

Biot is a smaller, perched village in the immediate vicinity of major cities and communication routes. Its potteries, ceramists, jewellers, glassmakers and painters are known worldwide.  Biot has been awarded the "Internet City" label.

Close to Nice airport and about an hour and a half away from the ski resorts of Isola 2000, Auron and Valberg) both of these towns offer lots of opportunities of second homes with beautiful mountain or sea views.

Which is the perfect spot on the Côte d'Azur to spend a Sunday afternoon with your family?
The Cap d'Antibes is a wonderful place to picnic with your family or to enjoy the terraces of the beach restaurants. The water is exceptionally blue!
